
ABOUT US
Madrie Möller is the creator and owner of Sweetheart Pâtisserie.
She is passionate about baking and decorating cakes and pastries and using the best ingredients possible to create the best tasting products.
​
After her 6 month practical at Knysna's Ile de Pain, she completed her studies at the Institute of Cullinary Arts in Stellenbosch, with a City & Guilds Qualification in 2009. She continued her carreer as pastry chef at Asara Hotel & Delicatessen, Dipped Confections and developed the pastry section at Schoon.
In 2014 she decided to continue on her own and created Sweetheart Pâtisserie.
At Sweetheart Pâtisserie we supply decadent and beautiful wedding, birthday and novelty cakes, individual mini cakes, tarts and pastries as well as sweet platters for functions.
You can find us most Saturdays at the Willowbridge Slow Market between 9am and 2pm where we sell our freshly baked mini cakes and pastries.
